Our construction team was founded in 2005 by Ryan Sherriff, a seasoned expert with over two decades of experience in the building industry. After an internal handover from our Design Team you are now in the experienced hands of our Construction Team. Here your will work alongside our Builder, Project Manager and Site Supervisor. Our team will coordinate our skilled subcontractors and quality suppliers to schedule all stages of construction.
Ryan Sherriff, our Director and Builder who you will also work with in the design stage, will continue to meet with you on site throughout the construction of your home. We all know that building your home can sometimes be an overwhelming experience while you juggle life. Ryan is renowned for finding the positivity in any challenge. He will always put you at ease and be there for any queries you may have. Ryan will be involved throughout the build and has a trusted construction team to also support you at each stage.
Our Project Managers work in our office behind the scenes to forward plan every aspect of your build. They will be in touch with our suppliers and our subcontractors to ensure continuity of workflow whilst minimising any delays. Our Project Managers are your connection between our suppliers and subcontractors.
Our Site Supervisor will coordinate and accompany you on all walk throughs on site. This is our client’s most exciting stage. There are a number of structured site inspections to ensure your involvement throughout the development of your home. Our Site Supervisor’s role is to maintain quality, continuity and safety on site always. During the walkthroughs we take specific care to ensure that the finer details are customised to you.
Our proudest work is handed over to you here. Handover day will occur with our Builder, Construction Team and Design Team present. Our team will ensure you understand the workings of your home and give you the keys to your future.
Following completion of the construction, Sherriff will undertake a thorough defect process to ensure your home is ready for you to move in. Following handover, our construction team will be on hand to fix warranty issues that may arise.
